Subject: Review - Arabian Knight
Content: Arabian Knight You've been sent to an island ruled by the Sultan and it's your job to defeat him so a government can be properly established. Attack anyone who gets in your path and use a variety of different combos to avoid getting hurt yourself. GRAPHICS The graphics are definitely not the best I have seen, yet I should point out that they are not the worst. They appear slightly crude, but all the character and object's have complete frame by frame animation, as opposed to just skipping from an up to a down position. CONTROLS The controls are simple within this game: all on the keyboard. Left and right arrows, letters 'a' and 'd', are the main buttons. SCRIPTING The scripting to this game could do with a little bit of work, in my opinion. The characters are able to hurt you far too easily, whereas it can be difficult to hurt them under specific distances. Again, if your too close, you wont be able to hurt them effectively. If your too far away, the same again. Whereas, they can hurt you in all three fields; far away, too close, or perfect. Also, with this game you are unable to change difficulty levels within the game. This would be helpful the novice, as enemies are required to be hit quite a few times to be killed, often resulting in death. OVERALL Overall I give this game a 2.5 out of 5.
